Well if it hurts eat some ice get a ice pack sleep in a dark room with blankets and pillows make sure they have ice packs in the pillow cases and make sure both sides of the pillow is cold get out the phone , the phone make the headache worse put your phone on DND and silent. Turn it off. That’s how mine stopped.

I had a headache tdy, I just threw up and a Lil earlier b4 my mom was here I was crying and saying "I want my mommy" cuz shes the onky one who helps me with headaches..
