@cam2648: I’m standing here in my jocks… feeling like an absolute idiot doing this. But this morning I stepped on the scales… 98.5 kgs First time I’ve been under 100kgs in 15 years. And I thought it would feel bigger than this. I thought I’d feel proud… fired up… like I’d made it. But I didn’t. And that’s the part no one talks about. You hit the goal… and the mental side still strips it away from you. It tells you it’s not enough. It tells you you should be further ahead. It tells you this doesn’t count. And a lot of us blokes just cop that… and stay quiet. But that’s the real fight. Not the weight. Not the gym. Not the number. It’s what’s going on in your own head. So if you’ve ever hit something you worked for… and still felt like it didn’t land… You’re not broken. You’re not alone.
