(I doubled everything) Cut up 1 pineapple, 1 red bell pepper, 1 red onion, orange bell pepper and 4 chicken breasts I seasoned the chicken with minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and drizzled in olive oil. No measurements just a guess! Then grill all the veggies, pineapple, and chicken.
