I own a full size truck to tow my race car. I absolutely love the Maverick! if I didn't NEED a fill size truck, I'd have a maverick. dealers will continue telling people they need a bigger truck because it's more $$$ for them.

I have a friend that just rents a truck for the 2 to 3 times a year he moves his camp trailer. I have a utility trailer for when I need a truck bed jeep Wrangler pulls it fine.

god I wish i had a maverick. I have a big stupid truck and I do use it to tow for work. regularly tow 10k+ if I didn't have to tow I'd buy a maverick in a millisecond. still probably gonna get one for the wife. (and me)

We have a horse farm and my wife drives a Ford F250 to pull her horse trailers. For around the property we have a Subaru Sambar Kei truck. We use it for everything else and it’s more than capable. I can take it places in the woods that the F250 would never fit.

I tow a 6000lb skid steer, on a 2000lb trailer, at least once a month. I haul 800~lbs in my bed every day I have off work. we're also renovating our home so drywall, moulding, MDF all when needed. and I do it for basically free

I’ve always thought there’s a rental market for huge trucks to tow things like that. Most people who do tow huge trailers only do it a few times a year. Wouldn’t it be smarter and cheaper to just have access to a rental?

I have a 98 ram 2500 and my dad has a 2019, my truck is so much more practical for actual bed use, and his truck is only rated to pull a couple hundred more pounds than mine is. the height and bloat of modern pickups is insane
