You can’t “tune” a Prius they use multiple ecus that work together the control hybrid system, inverter, ice engine, battery etc tuning the ecu would just put it into limp mode the only way to really tune a Prius would be weight reduction and upgraded battery you can also tune the inverter by soldering in a different chip that allows higher volts to pass into the motor
