as someone who is selective mute, it’s so hard because people always think i’m lying because i still talk and mask but i get home, burnt out and either won’t talk or reply with one word answers

I don’t really know how to explain my situation because I talk a lot but sometimes I just can’t form words anymore when I’m really tired which happens really often (I’m diagnosed with autism but they didn’t mention that part in my diagnosis report) 😓😓

I have REALLY bad anxiety, social anxiety, and auditory hallucinations and when one gets triggered it triggers the others and i completely go nonverbal. my bf has helped me cause im really comfortable around him but idk how to tell people i CANT talk..
