I made E-6 , 5'10" 200 lbs (pinch test/bmi every 6 months) ran 18 min 3 mile every pft, but I didn't spend everyday working out i did cross fit 3 times a week. and never the same routine back to back, ( got told I was to big to pick up Gunnery Sgt, unless I took a pog job, I got out after 10 years ,not going to be pog in a dog and pony show)
