Make your own butter. Add heavy cream to a mixer, set to high but cover. It’ll turn to whip cream first then start to separate. When you hear splashing it’s done. Take the butter and squeeze out the buttermilk. Rinse in ice water to get all the milk out. Add salt or whatever you want and place in container. Tada!!

Just buy heavy cream and pour two cups in a good processor for about 5-7 minutes and whalla…butter. Just squeeze it in cheesecloth to get the rest of the buttermilk out and done.

the only good butter there (kerrigold) and u scanned everything except butter 😆 4 of them were margarine which is basically plastic 😬. butter only scores bad because of the fat and calories. for a fat it's a healthier option than most
