@newsnexussa: A 35-year-old attorney, Chinette Gallichan, was shot and killed on Monday morning in Johannesburg. The incident happened around 09:00 outside the CCMA offices at the corner of Fox and Joubert streets. She was arriving for a case. Gallichan worked in the labour litigation department at Sibanye-Stillwater. She was representing a mining company in a dispute with workers over retrenchment payouts. Witnesses say a man approached her as she got out of her car and shot her at close range.
