Did a similar thing where I sent my playbill to Aaron Tveit while he was doing Moulin Rouge and not only did he send one back but I got a SECOND, UNPROMPTED playbill sent to me with his signature and a message lmao. Jonathan Groff is the sweetest in the world, and it’s so special when they take time to do stuff like that 🥹

One of my biggest flexes in life is that I was a background actor/stand in on Mindhunter and worked with him a lot. He sang to the kids as Kristoff while we were in between shots and was just always genuinely happy, talking to everyone, just incredibly kind and professional. I will forever be a fan.

my father was looking for his address for send stuff to in 2019, and came up with his mothers on accident. sent a letter and some photos, his mother ended up taking the letter i wrote and the photos with her to LEA MICHELES rehearsal dinner!!! and groff took the time to sign everything for me. not only did i get a little note from groff, but a separate letter from his mother thanking me and explaining the journey my pictures went on! amazing people

when i was 13 I wrote him while he was in spring awakening and he wrote me this handwritten thank you note that was so kind and referenced things I talked about. 🥹 I still have it and treasure it so much.

Always risk it, the first time I saw Hamilton I decided to send a big letter to Lin Manuel Miranda, and forgot about it, and a couple weeks later I received a HAND WRITTEN LETTER THAT HE WROTE, and I cried and everytime I remember I cry haha ❤️
