@karam.eats: This is one of the many exotic delicacies you can find in Vietnam. These are unlaid chicken eggs. Immature eggs that are found inside egg-laying hens that hasn't fully developed. It looks strange and intimidating, but it has no weird taste or texture. It's just like a hard boiled egg. What adds to the experience is having it street-side in Hanoi's Old Quarter on low plastic stools and a $1 can of Bia (beer).
