@nomsmag: 🍜 A new Hong Kong style rice noodle spot just SOFT OPENED in Richmond Younmi Rice Noodle (有米) is now open at Continental Shopping Centre, taking over the former Rice Cake Master unit. The concept is classic HK rice noodle. You tick off your toppings and soup base on an order form, just like the old school noodle shops. Five soup bases: superior broth, tomato, HK style spicy and numbing, HK style spicy and sour, and classic spicy and sour. Over 20 toppings including fish ball, pork belly, cuttlefish ball, luncheon meat, enoki mushroom, and more. Each extra topping is +$3. Soft opening price is $11.99 for a bowl with 2 toppings. Regular price will be $15.99. We tried the superior broth with fish ball and pork belly. Impressed with the flavour, especially for day one. If you have spent any time in Richmond's food courts, you might recognize some of the staff. We certainly did, and so did other customers.
