After all the late nights, countless practice questions, and empty Lindt Chocolate boxes, I finally turned my dream into reality! 🥹 I spent four weeks on intensive review. It was challenging to balance my time — I didn’t know how I managed to prepare for the NCLEX while attending university classes (without any study leave) and working my usual 3-4 night shifts in the hospital. I pushed myself so hard that I became unwell for a few days, and during that time, I realised I needed to step back a little. My husband witnessed the many hours I dedicated to studying that I could not even watch a Kdrama. I declined calls from family and friends so I can have more time to review and instead of sleeping, I read my notes during breaks at work. I needed to concentrate, knowing I only have limited time to study. After the exam, I felt disheartened because I know that I had failed. I never had any moments of self-doubt not until I finished the exam. The test was so difficult and I already prepared myself for the worst. But everything changed when I saw the word “PASS”. I couldn’t believe it! 😭 I am incredibly grateful to my family especially to my husband for believing in me and uplifting my spirits. I could not have done this without your support. @Joey 🤷🏻‍♂️ To everyone who are preparing for the exam, I understand that the journey can be challenging, but remember your reasons of pursuing it.
