As a 16 y/o myself, I don’t successfully shift often, but when I do it’s somehow always in under 5 minutes. And then I’m reminded again of how easy it really can be??? We really make shifting so much harder than it has to be lmao

Honestly? As someone who formally found out about shifting at around 19?? Yeah, no, it was easier when I had barely anything to worry about. I didn't fully shift because of doubts and scaring myself, but any time I actually meditated? I'd be feeling, hearing, smelling and seeing glimpses in less than 5 minutes 😔 Now I can't because I'm constantly thinking about work
