In Germany, everyone is legally obligated to help. But you cannot be sued. The helper is protected.

no that's unfair. so you can be sued for not helping and sued for helping but lacking skills giving CPR. so basically everyone should have mandatory training in CPR so they can't do anything wrong and when its not mandatory to have CPR training it should not be possible to be sued for doing it wrong. she did it with the best intention and that's all that matters
