Here’s a story that I do believe that is was Alexander the greats feats and one of his first. He was invading a country and the opposing soldiers had expected him to attack at night because he needed a surprise attack because of his smaller army. But Alexander decided to wait to attack till morning so the enemy would be exhausted from being ready all night. And so even with a smaller army he still one with positioning his soldiers in the correct positions and flanking them on the left and taking the back by surrounding them. He then one with his genius battle iq

Surprisingly inclusive for his time. Wanted to integrate multiple cultures and practices; his hardline conservative Macedonian generals were not as receptive to this. Not exactly how we think of inclusivity today, but for the time he was definitely a game changer.
