Yeah, actually they CAN tell you that you can’t have more vegetables, unless you’re willing to pay extra. I don’t understand what people don’t get that corporations are corporations and the staff in the store or in the office has absolutely zero control over corporate policies.

Yes, I have worked in the industry, and I have owned a business as well. As an ex service working I treat service workers and tip really well. As someone that owned a business I compromise wherever I can with a client. I certainly wouldn’t lose a client or give them grief if they wanted extra vegetables. The employees and the owner feed their families based on customer loyalty. It doesn’t mean they can treat you like garbage but you need to be okay with dealing with some moody people or those that want extra attention. Even try making their day better

Mannnnn, in my teenage years I had a customer just her baby and it was EVERY DAY till the point I told her that if you want a veggie sandwich that’s fine yet if you want a bit loaded with veggies you will be charged extra

used to work in food industry. mostly family run and yk, ppl befriend higher ups and I worked with my sisters at this place. gave us attitude for not getting what they wanted, customer "knows the owner", we get owner. and now they want to be nice acting like they didnt argue with us.
