i was raised Christian / Republican. it's was a shock when i meet my ex-fiancee, she and her whole family were Christian / Democrat. i literally asked "How are you all Democrats and Christian?" because i had never met one

I work for a female led and 90% female staffed Nonprofit that is incredibly successful and highly competitive. And the atmosphere is so incredibly inviting (I've been there 3 years, it's so different from corporate America)

i think the biggest surprise for me was finding out how many different religions can be found in places like Addis Ababa, (the capital of) Ethiopia; there are 100s of thousands of Christians, Muslims Jewish, Hindi, and pagan faiths
