My mom managed a solo primary care practice for 41 years. She was last in our area to sell out. Two things she said I have skin game she profit shared with doctor. Two phones are your lifeline if patients can’t talk to someone you have no business. Good luck!

This was the biggest deficit i had going from a nurse to NP. THANK GOD my father is a tax attorney. I was hired right into the private practice i had a rotation at as a 1099 and had NO IDEA what i was getting into

How do you decide to scale? I'm in private practice, but I'm solo and telehealth from a home office. I'm terrified to get a brick and mortar and then not find anyone to hire or be able to pay them while they're getting credentialed.
