i have a 25 bucks saving which is for "If i want something end of month" i dont use it often and If there is over 100 i Put it in savings. But its nice to have something you can Go to without really saving for it

This is great information ❤️I tried Ally, but Synchrony Bank always has a higher rate so I just made separate savings with different names for what they are for. I keep $5 in Ally in case their rates go up.

The sinking fund method has been a game-changer for me. I create a separate HSA for everything that I know I will need money for and break the amount into small contributions that accumulate over time until I need the money. I've never been stressed about money anymore, just focusing on creating ways that I can earn more and investment opportunities.

I call bucket 2 my rainy day fund and essentially pull from it if I overspend a month. Then refill it when I have a less expensive month, works for me
