As someone who’s currently resolving my loneliness and being alone, it’s really just you when it comes down to it. I’m not saying it like you need to blame yourself for what you’re feeling but there comes a point where you’ll realize that you’re the only one that feels that way about ~your~ loneliness. I’ve learned that I’m my best friend and I can only keep myself comfortable when my body wants something/someone else to do it with me. It’s such a hard thing to describe. I walk into rooms now full of people and I know that my energy is never alone because it’s always felt by someone, even if I don’t know it. Like right now, I’m hoping that you’ll respond, expressing yourself, in hopes that you’ll feel a connection that decreases what you’re feeling by any amount. If you don’t or if you don’t even see this, this would just be an example of how there’s someone or something in the world that understands and they’re just waiting on you to process it

Matt Money :
Being lonely and being alone are very different. Feeling alone in a room full of people you know is a sobering experience

I feel like this too sometimes. Could be a lot of things, most likely it’s the people you’re around. It seems most of time it’s just a lack of meaningful conversations to feel seen. Or a social insecurity of some sort, anxiety too :/
