If you’re starting wide and wondering why it keeps breaking, that’s the problem. ▪️Workflow: I generate my original 16:9 image within FLORA, then crop to 9:16. The closer you are to the face of the character the cleaner the lipsync. Next, you run the 9:16 crop through Kling 3.0 or Veo 3 to lock the performance. Then I build the shot back out. If your shot is moving: → Take the 9:16 lipsynced video into Runway or Luma → Use video expand/ reframe to turn the 9:16 to 16:9 → Feed in the original 16:9 reference image so the environment stays consistent Now you’ve got: solid lipsync and a proper wide moving frame If the shot is static, it’s even simpler: Just overlay the 9:16 performance back onto your original 16:9 plate within your NLE and mask the edges.
