My favorite loaf to make right now uses Oat, Almond, Buckwheat, whole wheat, Millet, Spelt, Quinoa, Sorghum and Cornmeal plus 4 different seeds. It bulk ferments SUPER fast even at 74 degrees. Do you ever play with multiple grains?

My starter loves when I give it a maintenance feed with a little bit of rye or whole wheat flour. It goes crazy. 😂

Just curious. if I have a good sourdough sandwich loaf recipe, can I substitute half of the bread flour for rye flour, add caraway seeds, and the recipe still work? I’m going to assume that I might need to use a higher hydration because of the rye… Just trying to find a good rye sandwich loaf recipe. I’m getting a great education from your videos… Thanks! Would love a video showing a good rye bread recipe!
