Has your pots ever caused a seizure? My episodes are starting to look and feel like seizures. I’m in the diagnosis process right now, all of this is really new and scary to me. My life has changed a lot really fast, I hope this will become more manageable

I was just sitting in the sun sunbathing with my other pots friend and only my heart rate spiked to 114bpm … so jealous. I could not breathe it was awful. SOMEONE GET RID OF MY POTS PLEASE!!!!

I used to sit on the beach for hours & now I haven’t had a real beach day in 4 years - people wonder why I prefer the pool but it’s just soooo much easier to stay cool.

I just got dignosed with pots and I had no clue this was even a symptom of it or a fare up. Genuinely thought everyone gets sick and dizzy bc it’s hot out 😅
