@coriinnaaa1: It’s 78 and sunny, someone’s on aux, there’s a cooler full of drinks and this is my third plate of pasta salad ☀️🧊📻🍅 Tell me your go-to pasta salad combo ⤵️ - bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook a box of bowtie pasta according to the package directions, drain and set to the side - prep dressing by combining 1/2 cup EVOO, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, a few tbsp parmesan, a few cloves of minced garlic, 1/2 tsp each of basil and oregano, 1/4 tsp each of thyme and red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste - in a large bowl, combine the bowtie pasta and the dressing until fully incorporated - mix in a few handfuls of sliced cherry tomato, mozzarella pearls, mini pepperoni slices, some arugula and chopped basil - serve as is or top with a protein of choice for a full on meal Bone Apple Teeth 😋 #pastasalad #summerrecipes #cookoutfood #EasyRecipe #summerfood
