I’m sorry but the food in NYC is top tier!! Small towns in the US are the ones with only the nasty food chains but NYC has the best local restaurants I’ve ever been to and I’m from Brazil so I know good food

I agree. I also live in the US. I have to say the UK is the best. The UK has a history and culture. And the best transportation compared to the US.

London median salary: £50k, New York median city median salary: £56k. The top salaries are a lot higher in NY but for the average person there isn’t much in it

People always underestimate how GOOD and diverse the food scene is in London. I’ve lived with several New Yorkers who were also surprised how much better tasting food was here just because we have better food safety standards. and that’s not even counting the restaurants! this is a great city, it’s on par with NYC in many ways and better in others (green spaces especially)
