no one wants you to tell them that you are leaving because the environment is toxic. job interviews are ridiculous they ask questions they don't actually want the answer to. its pointless.

It’s gross that this is a thing. It should be fine for someone to just want a job. We are meant for more than spending our lives on teams meetings and spreadsheets.

Is it ok to say that the company is return to office in their state full time and I don’t want to relocate to another state? (I was remote) I then say thats why i want this role because of my career aspirations and want to help company grow, challenges, etc.
