Ask deeper questions, and reasses what matters. Especially the shifts in your energy, your priorities, your identity. 30’s are a bridge. A time to get to know yourself, listen to your body, protect your peace, and honouring your needs without apology. Guidance from women who’ve lived it can make all the difference. The more we talk, the less alone we feel ❤️
