I moved to Splendora around 10 yrs ago. traffic was never an issue until I passed blwy 8 headed towards Houston. now it backs up to new Caney. not too mention the flooding in the area

The need to fix the exits to Valley Tanch before the do anymore building! The service rode at 99 needs to be expanded somehow. The exit to 99 is horrible when traffic is backed up you can’t even move from the 4way stop!!’
