I was experiencing extreme hair shedding. My hair wasn't growing out like it used to. I had deficiency problems before so I got a blood test. My iron was literally 1😭 I was also deficient in vitamin b. I got medication and it's currently 6 months in medication. My hair is longer, hair shedding has gotten a lot better and I feel better/stronger. Definetely get a blood test if you can peoplee!!

I watch ALL of your videos and have started to implement some of your suggestions. Unfortunately, I live in the U.S., (unfortunate for so many reasons 🙄) and I noticed that I cant get somw of the products you suggest because they aren't sold in the U.S. Could you do a video on the best products but make it a U.S. version? Or do you have any idea how I could get the U.K products in the U.S. ? Thank you!!
