My mother and aunt and grandma. I’m so scared of familial. My mom diagnosed at 57. So I put in the wellness work on not being a statistic but I always have that concern ruminating.

1000% agree. My mother and grandmother passed from dementia. I totally believe if menopause and HRT options were available and believed in, it would have made a big difference. I fear I’m next in the gene pool. I am trying all things to help prevent that horrible disease.

I think there is a big change happening for women now because of hormone therapy. I was concerned about showing signs of dementia and I started hormone therapy. I feel like myself again.

This is such an important conversation. 🧠✨
"What is actually happening in the female brain during perimenopause and menopause." Not what we've been told—just "hormones." Not just "mood swings." The actual science of how estrogen affects brain energy, neural connectivity, and long-term cognitive health.
