Sign a retainer with an immigration lawyer that specializes in E2 visas 2. set up an LLC in the USA and get an EIN number 3. Open a US business bank account 4. Transfer the substantial funds to that bank account and put funds “at risk” on business expenses 5. Write a 5 year business plan 6. Have an office address in the US (not a virtual one) 7.
