Been at my WFH job for 4 years now. All of my coworkers are remote from all over the U.S. and other countries and honestly, it’s the best! I get so much done because I’m not distracted by people stopping to chit chat, I get to catch up on my shows, get some cleaning done between meetings and projects, start dinner, and I even take all of my afternoon meetings from my treadmill because I bought a treadmill stand and I’m so much happier. Production is UP! And I was promoted twice last year 💃🏻

I am wildly productive at home, because my breaks are BREAKS. I can switch/fold laundry, start dishes, heat up food, have Mac Miller on the whole day, take the dog for a walk, grab some groceries during my lunch, almost anything within reason. That saves so much time from my evening because now all that random stuff is done, so my evening is MY evening. You’d have to pay me a significant amount to give that up.
