Ok, after seeing the comments, now I'm wondering why only black ink is used in Healthcare? In my field, we use blue so we know we have the original signed copy.

0.7mm is WAY too thick for my taste. I use 0.38mm or smaller when it comes to gel pens (0.5 for ballpoint). The sweet spot is 0.28mm for gel pens. ✌
