Start with a tripod headstand, in my opinion it’s easier and helps build the required core strength and arm strength to hold urself up. After practice tripod headstand and mastering it the regular forearm headstand is so much easier

Use your core and I mean USE IT to pull your legs up and to stay up engage and rely on your fore arms. They keep u sturdy from falling. It’s all in the core and arms, you should feel like you’re stacking on yourself and everything is flexed to keep you straight if that makes sense.
