Most people wait until something hurts before they start taking care of their body. The truth is that mobility isn’t just about stretching. It’s about maintaining the strength, stability, and range of motion that allows you to keep doing the things you love for years to come. In this routine, you’ll open up your hips with 90/90s, strengthen your hip flexors with single leg lifts, improve low back health with rotations and lift-offs, build stronger glutes with bridges and clam shells, and restore mobility to your groin, hamstrings, and hip flexors. Then take it a step further with hinge-to-squats, T-spine twists, lateral lunges, tabletop to down dogs, and runner’s lunges to move your entire body through its natural range of motion. You don’t need an hour in the gym to feel better. Sometimes 10 minutes of intentional movement is enough to loosen stiff joints, improve circulation, speed up recovery, and remind your body how it’s supposed to move. Motion is lotion.
