Went to McGhee Tyson. Had no idea what I was getting into, somehow made it out with 100% academics and DG. Was definitely harder than ALS. On day one I said this class will not reblue me and I’m not one play into AF politics. I’m here because I have to be. Instructor was also burnt out. So that probably helped 😂 now let’s put the rooftops on get back to our day jobs 💪🏼

I liked NCOA more than ALS because we were peers with our instructor. More time was spent talking amongst ourselves than was spent on death by PowerPoint. He guided the discussion most of the time, but he let us have at it. That said, I’m glad I’ll never have to do PME again lol

I had a great time. Best part is our Chief at the time banned blues for NCOA. It was in our reporting instructions to not bring them.
