@leshanfit: Things I don’t do as a gym girl who trains for shape 🍑 1. Lift heavy for upper body- I had an inverted triangle body shape so I naturally had a bigger upper body so to keep my hour glass shape I use light weight for upper body and heavy for lower body. 2. High intensity cardio- high intensity cardio is hard on the joints and I have joint pain so instead I do low intensity cardio. High intensity cardio takes a longer time to burn fat, low intensity burns fat right away instead of later. 3. Random workouts- I have a weekly routine that is the same every week, the only thing that changes is my weight for lower body to be able to progressive overload. 4. Eat in a calorie deficit- Eating in a deficit will help lose fat BUT muscle is also loss. To keep my most of my muscle I stay at a maintenance instead. #Fitness #GymTok #fitnesstips #GluteGrowth #weightgainjourney
hey i js noticed not too long ago i have square shaped glutes and im trying to change my routine. can u help what to leave or take out? i know 6 exercises is too many

I also have a square glute shape, and I have tried everything! As a person who has been in the gym for 6 years and still no luck in my shape changing. That really destroys my confidence! Idk how did you did it but I’m so jealous!!😫
