worked in customer service and tried to teach the ppl the difference between a difficult customer and a difficult case. Learning when to escalate, letting someone with more knowlegde handle it. Most customers are ok.

The kill em with kindness is what I do too. They normally calm down or they are just too set in their ways that I gotta just let it roll and wish them to have a good day or a better day and that sometimes gets them to smirk or change their mood just a bit
