For anyone that has migraines, this can also happen before a migraine starts! I get really spacey and feeling before a migraine hits. It’s not a seizure

I never had a seizure but I always get this feeling of buzzing in my skin and I genuinely lose sense of time. I always tell my parents “I feel like I’m gonna have a seizure” but I never experienced one. I have POTS and I have presyncope and the occasional fainting but this is genuinely terrifying

I get this weird like dissociative brain zap(?) but feels more like a rubber band than actual zaps - & it literally feels like I’m gonna fall over & start seizing - the last time it happened though, I had a painful migraine for three days after when I typically have silent ones - so I think it might be migraine warnings for me :) STILL A SCARY FEELING THO

When I had my last seizure I texted my boyfriend 30 mins before “i feel weird im scared im gonna have a seizure” proceeded to walk with my youngest daughter to my oldest daughters school, picked her up, and woke up in the middle of the parking lot surrounded by ems and people 😩

before i knew they were seizures, i described them as “painful deja vú.” i’d get deja vú, my body would get extremely tense and i would be in pain up to a minute, unable to move and completely aware. i had those for almost 2 years and then started having grand mal’s

I’ve never had one (that I know of) and I don’t want to self diagnose. But sometimes I’ll feel super dizzy randomly and I feel pressure above my eyes. I also feel myself glitching?? If that makes any sense like I’m shaking internally and it comes out in me twitching…idk.

I feel like I’m about to stroke out at any time I wonder if I’ve ever had mini strokes? My vision goes out I get dizzy my head rushes my ears ring it happened driving the other day and I pulled over because I almost fainted. 😭 It’s so scary sometimes

My eyes shake or jerk if I focus too hard on something and also my body in general jerks sometimes like my head will or my arm but especially my legs if I’m going to lay down for awhile. Is that anything I should be concerned about, has anyone else experienced this???😭
