Eloise and Phillip haven’t even met yet. Eloise still has to start writing letters to Phillip and their story line has to be set up and you can’t take a character who has been against marriage and suddenly have them get married in as little as 8 episodes so yes this’ll be Francesca’s season but it will also most likely set up Eloise’s season
