Estes são os três caminhos que eu consigo enxergar hoje para quem deseja estruturar um modelo de negócios (empreender mesmo) usando IA. O primeiro é criar um SaaS usando IA para resolver uma dor real do mercado. Já existem vários exemplos em áreas como direito, contabilidade, medicina, vendas e marketing. Aqui, o diferencial não é só saber IA, mas entender profundamente um nicho, suas dores e saber transformar isso em um sistema funcional — escolhendo modelos, criando agentes e colocando tudo de pé em um backend de verdade. O segundo caminho é montar uma agência de IA, um modelo que vem crescendo muito. Nesse formato, você ajuda empresas a automatizar processos internos: atendimento no WhatsApp, fluxos operacionais, análise de dados, e-mails, vendas, suporte, entre outros. Normalmente quem segue por aqui usa bastante ferramentas no-code como n8n e Make, e se especializa em um tipo específico de automação, virando referência naquele problema. E o terceiro caminho é virar uma software house (sim, ela voltou). A diferença é que hoje você pode usar IA para acelerar brutalmente o desenvolvimento. Com vibe coding — usando ferramentas como Claude Code, Lovable e Cursor — criar software ficou muito mais rápido, barato e acessível do que era há dois ou três anos. Independentemente do caminho, a IA deixou de ser um “extra” e passou a ser parte central da estratégia.
