My first waitressing job was in college at Cracker Barrel in Mobile, Alabama. Only worked one Sunday before I refused to work on church days again. I got a church card as a tip and a speech about how I was working and should be at church. I was so young so I just stood there shocked. I still remember it 17 years later.

I had the biggest problems with this at a restaurant I worked at. I finally asked the owner why we don't have a no soliciting sign. I showed up to work the next day and we had multiple ones. I loved telling people to knock it off.
