@lexileap: Replying to @STEPH A long caption incoming: a year ago, i was living a very inactive life. i felt so insecure in my body and in how i wasn’t showing up for myself. i was scared of workout classes, the gym, running, truly anything active. every time i was in a fitness space, i felt like i stuck out. then i started running. the first time i ran 5 minutes without stopping, i called my mom because i was in such disbelief. then it was a mile, then two, and by october i ran my first half marathon. while training, i started trying other workouts…including (yes) group fitness classes. the second i tried corepower, i knew it was going to become an addiction. it was so hard and i wanted to die the entire time, but i couldn’t stop going back. six months later, 103 classes in, i just found out i passed my yoga sculpt instructor audition. i genuinely can’t explain how this feels. i’m so proud of myself and so excited to help other people find the confidence and strength that i found here. and to everyone who’s supported me along the way - friends, family, coworkers, the trader joe’s cashiers i’ve overshared with, everyone who’s left the sweetest comments…thank you ily 🤍 now come sculpt with me LA!! :) @CorePower Yoga #yogasculpt #corepower
