For bacteria (and not all can) to pass the blood brain barrier, it has to be in the blood stream. A pimple outside the ear is no different than on your face (for the risk of passing the blood brain barrier)

It’s not a theory. So like if it gets infected, the infection passes in a retrograde fashion and cause a thrombosis in something called a cavernous sinus. That can lead to death 😁

ethyl alcohol must be used for the skin. it’s gentlier compare to isopropyl which is meant to sanitize furnitures/surfaces and not skin
