Taxa das blusinhas - O presidente Lula anunciou nesta terça-feira o fim da chamada taxa das blusinhas. A medida passa a valer na quarta-feira. ➡️ A "taxa das blusinhas", termo usado para se referir ao programa Remessa Conforme, é uma alíquota de 20% em imposto de importação sobre as encomendas internacionais com valores abaixo de US$ 50 — a cobrança foi iniciada em agosto de 2024, após aprovação do Congresso Nacional. A partir desta quarta as compras até este valor não pagarão imposto, de acordo com o Rogério Ceron, secretário-executivo do Ministério da Fazenda. A cobrança foi iniciada em agosto de 2024, após aprovação do Congresso Nacional e sancionada por Lula. Empresas brasileiras que competem com os produtos importados defendiam a manutenção da taxa. Apenas nos quatro primeiros meses de 2026, o governo arrecadou R$ 1,78 bilhão em imposto de importação com as encomendas internacionais, segundo a Secretaria da Receita Federal. Isso representa um crescimento de 25% na comparação com o mesmo período do ano passado, quando somou R$ 1,43 bilhão. Também representa novo recorde para janeiro a abril. ➡️ Em agosto de 2024, após aprovação do Congresso Nacional, o governo passou a cobrar imposto de importação de 20% sobre compras internacionais de até US$ 50, que até então estavam isentas para empresas dentro do programa Remessa Conforme. Além do imposto de importação, dez estados elevaram sua tributação, por meio do ICMS, também para 20%, com validade em abril do ano passado. 🔎 A taxação foi uma resposta do governo e do Congresso a um pedido de segmentos da indústria nacional, após o aumento das compras digitais durante a pandemia, e diante da diferença de carga tributária entre produtos nacionais e os importados nas plataformas online.
