Don’t get fooled by this. Your property and account have to qualify. I’ve been through the process once. Also it’s cost bags 💰 and a lot. So it makes sense if you have millions

Get your lawyer to draw up a Reservation of life deed for 200, and there will be no probate for the beneficiary when you pass. You own the house until you pass, then it automatically goes to the beneficiary. It's also irrevocable.

If you have an active mortgage, the mortgage company will more than likely tell you no when transferring home to a trust and/or deed amending. It’s best for if you own the home free and clear.

In a lot of states you can actually transfer your property with a transfer on death deed, beneficiaries to your accounts, keeps it out of probate
