We can’t avoid feeling hungry completely when eating in a calorie deficit but prioritizing protein, and getting as much volume as you can definitely helps. Most people try to eat “clean” but end up eating tiny portions… then blow out later. More food, less calories, better adherence. 👨‍🍳 Ingredients, 1 serve ✅ 100ml milk (3.4 fl oz) ✅ 150g frozen blueberries (5.3 oz) ✅ 200g ice (5.3 oz) ✅ 1 scoop vanilla whey protein ✅ Optional if needed to thicken (xanthan gum) this would depend on the type of protein you use if you need it. Most will work fine without it. 👉 Blend everything until thick and fluffy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides. Keep blending until it turns into a thick, ice cream-like consistency. Ditch the ice for a bit more frozen fruit. Slightly more calories but way better taste and texture. Unless you like chewing on small chunks of ice.
