I had to have a blood transfusion and they added 1 pint of Iron. I took iron pills for 6 months and birth control to regulate my cycle that also helped. I did gain weight but my Hemoglobin was 14 by then. 🙌

Does anyone struggle with very persistent palpitations everyday that effect daily life like doing normal things. Is your heart rate just high every day all the time and then creates anxiety where you just end up not wanting to leave the house because of it , low energy standing makes it all the more worse like your body can’t keep up / compensate

I've had low iron all my life, my haemoglobin stays around 5/6, I had iron infusions and I couldn't walk my legs cramped so much, but I had blood transfusion and was fine
