exactly dude ever since they put it on my house my bills have jumped double! and they're excuse is the weather factor, but compare it to the previous years usage and it's not much difference I'm tired of these $500+ bills, before then my bills were under $300 a month, again same use as previous years!

This happened to me as well with no breakers or power going into the house. I got sent to collection because I refused to pay for something I didn't use.
